Persistence

“You must keep sending work out; you must never let a manuscript do nothing but eat its head off in a drawer. You send that work out again and again, while you’re working on another one. If you have talent, you will receive some measure of success — but only if you persist.” –Isaac Asimov

Recently I sent a manuscript I finished over 4 years ago.  I thought it was pretty good. But I decided to concentrate on contemporary romance and let it go.  But recently I dusted it off and sent it off.

I encourage you to go and look at those old manuscripts.  They may need a little tweaking and updating. But you may be pleasantly surprised.
